Financial & Insurance

One plan does not fit all, so we offer a variety of payment options to meet your financial needs. Our office accepts payment by cash, check, credit card, CareCredit and we also provide in-house, interest-free financing. In some cases we offer a discount for treatment plans paid in full. We also offer a Family Loyalty Program for parents and siblings of those who are in comprehensive treatment at Horbaly Orthodontics. Please contact our treatment coordinator for more details about these financial incentives.

Insurance

Horbaly Orthodontics accepts orthodontic insurance benefits from all insurance providers. We are not, however, an in-network provider for any insurance company. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so together we will review your insurance to make the most of your dental benefits. Once treatment begins, we will file your claims.

To assist us, please complete our insurance questionnaire. Orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child and it is important to note that should your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
